Mr. Ricky Williams is on the Reserve roster for Miami, as per the Dolphins home page. That same roster contains Ronnie Brown and Trent Green. Ergo, Lackey has determined that Mr. Ricky Williams is a Free Agent, and able to be signed by Angola.Updated.
